swapped on some kenda small block 8, they were take-offs from cannondale's new caad8 cross bike. seems like a good tread for commuting to work and riding on grass. also ditched the brooks saddle. its official, i like the WTB devo saddle A LOT more than my brooks.

Love the wtb more than the brooks as well. Just no bag loops for the caradice for long rides. any ideas in the works?
Also I have an idea for your racks as well....
ya not having the bag loops sucks. im thinking maybe if i can get one of the cheap ones with steel rails, then somehow remove them, braze on some loops, then re-attach them to the saddle. that would be cool
or just make one of those bolt-on sandwich type loop thingy-ma-bobs.

like most, my x-check changes constantly. fenders on, rack on. Big tires on, it all off.
What about a design that makes the fender/rack modular. Hard point the fender on the bottom of he rack, so 3 bolts and you are off. So no more using the tab on the fender, rather drill and mount like a hojon or brass fender, with a w/b boss on the rack.
